Setting the Transfer Maps
After you create a transfer map (*.trn), you can specify that file using the Transfer command in the Data
Exchange menu. You cannot transfer data from MasterDirectory using the Transfer command in the Data
Exchange menu unless at least one transfer map is specified.
To set the transfer maps you want to use:
1.
From the Data Exchange menu, choose Transfer.
The Transfer Maps dialog box appears.
This dialog box shows the transfer maps that you can select for a transfer procedure for the current
MasterDirectory file. A check mark next to a transfer map indicates that the associated map will be run
when you perform a transfer.

If you want to use a transfer map that you created for another MasterDirectory file, perform the
following steps:
a.
Choose the Add To List button.
The Open dialog box appears.

Select the transfer map that you want to use, and then choose the OK button.
The Open dialog box closes, and the transfer map and its path are displayed in the Transfer
Settings dialog box.
c.
Repeat steps a and b for any other export maps that you want to use.
3.
If you want to use a transfer map, click on the check box for the displayed map. A check mark indicates
that the associated map will be used.
4.
When you are finished, choose the Close button.
The next time you attempt a transfer using the Transfer command in the Data Exchange menu, the
transfer map(s) you added will be available for you to select.
