Cause:
You chose the Cancel button in the ExportStatus dialog box while exporting.
Solution: Re-export the data.
Message: Cannot sort file xxxxxxxx!
Cause:
There is not enough space to export and sort the PhoneLine file.
The network destination directory may have limited access rights.
Solution: Check the amount of available disk space for the destination drive and local PC (temporary
files).
Check the access rights for the destination directory.
Message: Nothing to export!
Cause:
You did not specify any field to be exported.
Solution: Set at least one field to be exported.
Message: Insufficient memory to proceed! Operation aborted.
Cause:
There is not enough memory to perform the export operation.
Solution: Exit some applications and then repeat the export operation.
Message: Extension length must be within the range 2 to 5!
Cause:
The Extension field is set, but the Extension length is out of range.
Solution: Set the Extension length between 2 and 5 in the export map file.
Message: Cannot export file!
Cause:
The network drive disconnected during the export procedure.
Solution: Check the access to the destination network drive.
Message: Unknown map type! Type is set to PhoneLine.
Cause:
You opened an export map file with a wrong/unsupported map.
Solution: The export map was corrupted or changed.
MasterDirectory does not support exporting to this file type anymore, or this file became
obsolete.
