13. When you are finished mapping fields for export, choose the Next button.
The Additional Settings For PhoneLine File (Step 3 of 3) dialog box appears.
14. In the Exported Fields box, select the field that you want use as a secondary index for PhoneLine.
15. Choose the Add button.
The selected field appears in the Secondary Indexes box.
16. If you also want to use the selected field for the picklist, select the Use Field For PickList check box.
An asterisk (*) appears next to the selected field in the Secondary Indexes box.
17. Repeat steps 14 to 16 for any other fields that you want to use as secondary indexes.
18. In the Call Handling box, select the call handling field.
19. In the Dial Field box, select the field that contains telephone numbers.
20. In the Destination File box, enter the path and name of the file to which the database information will
be exported. You may use the Browse button to select the file.
21. In the Initialization File box, enter the path and name of the PhoneLine initialization file you want the
destination file to use. You may use the Browse button to select the file. (Refer to your PhoneLine
documentation for more information.)
If you leave the initialization file box empty, MasterDirectory will create an initialization file using the
destination file name, unless this file already exists. If an initialization file is specified, MasterDirectory
will create it or update it if it exists.
22. In the Template box, select the PhoneLine template you want the destination file to use. (Refer to your
PhoneLine documentation for more information.)
23. In the Directory Type area, select the option button for the type of PhoneLine file (that is, Corporate or
Personal) for the destination file.
24. In the Sorting area, select the option button for the type of sorting method you want MasterDirectory to
use as it exports the data to the destination file.
