SLB clusters are not active if the Server Load Balancing feature is disabled for the switch. Use the
slb admin-state
Note
It is possible to configure clusters and add or remove servers from a cluster even when SLB is disabled for
the switch.
Examples
-> ip slb cluster corporate_servers vip 1.2.3.4
-> ip slb cluster "mail servers" vip 1.2.3.6
-> ip slb cluster cluster_1 condition intranet_cond l2
-> ip slb cluster cluster_2 condition slb_cond l3
-> no ip slb cluster hr_servers
