SMDR Startup Operation

Time and date setting used by the SMDR Unit is set automatically
when the
system clock is programmed
from Station 10. (See "Setting Date/Time" procedures
outlined in the Panrher !I Display Ser Guide for instructions).
If the system has already
been in operation and the SMDR option is added later, there is no need to set the Sh4DR
clock. Refer to Panther II 820/1032/2064-200,
Installation and Commissioning for
installation instructions.
Date and time information
is maintained
in memory, even
during power failures.
NOTE: Even though the year does not appear on the printout, it must be entered as part of the date
so that the SMDR can compensate f&leap years.
