Close the luggage compartment lid by
stand ing behind the vehicle and, w ith two
hands laid flat on the surface of the lid,
close the lid with a swift, firm m otion.
Push the two buttresses, located at the rear
of the soft top, downwards.
Press the buttresses into the correspond ing
apertures on either side of the vehicle with
a swift, firm motion, ensuring they a re
latched correctly into the top of the
lugg age compartment lid.

A clear protectiv e film has been installed
on the upper surface of the luggage
compartment lid , under the buttresses.
To p revent d amage to the paintw ork , do
not remove the p rotective film .
