Install the boot band so that the locking tabs of the
band (stake points) are in the range shown below.
{ T a b s s h o u l d f a c e u p a n d s l i g h t l y f o r w a r o . ,
Bend both sets of locking tabs.
Lightly tap on the doubled-over portions to reduce
t h e i r h e i g h t .
CAUTION: Stake the band locking tabs firmly.
