The FM3 EM signal and FM4 EM
abnormality
signal were abnormal 2 seconds after
turning ON of FM3 (main body cooling
1) and FM4 (main body cooling 2). Two
seconds after turning FM3 and FM4
OFF and ON again, the FM3 EM
signal and FM4 EM signal are still
abnormal and a trouble detection
signal (24 V off) is detected.

The FM3 EM signal and FM4 EM

turning ON of FM3 (main body cooling
1) and FM4 (main body cooling 2). Two
