caused by the fragment reassembly time being exceeded.

the interface.

The number of ICMP Echo Reply messages received by the
interface.
The number of ICMPv6 Group Membership Query messages
received by the interface.
The number of ICMPv6 Group Membership Response
messages received by the interface.
