4-4 Communication Function
<Writing Into the Holding Register [06h]>
Writes data into the specified holding register.
(Example)
Write 50 Hz into the Inverter with slave address 5 as the base frequency (A003).
The data resolution of the holding register "1203h" of the base frequency (A003) is 1 Hz. To set 50
Hz, set the change data to "50 (0032h)".
