Cause and troubleshooting
The oven is too hot to start self clean
Allow the oven to cool before running self clean.
1.
Always wipe out loose soils or heavy spillovers before running self clean.
2.
If the oven is heavily soiled, set the maximum self clean time.
3.
There is no power supply to the appliance
Check circuit breaker or fuse box to your house.

Make sure there is proper electrical power to the oven.
2.
An electronics fault has occured
Press TIMERS to stop the beeping.

Reset the oven if necessary.
2.
Call an authorized service provider.
3.
This is normal with a new oven and will disappear after a few uses
Operate the self clean mode to burn-off the smell more quickly.
The control is wet or soiled
Clean the control panel an wipe it dry.
The touch keys are not pressed correctly
Press the center of the button.

Use the flat part of your finger.

It is normal to see or feel steam or warm air escaping from the oven vent
CAUTION
The oven vents are important for air circulation. Covering the oven vents will cause
the oven to overheat. Refer to the appliance overview for the location of the oven
vents. →  "Appliance", Page 12 →  "Appliance", Page 12
▶ Do not obstruct oven vents.
The cooling fan will continue to run, even after the oven has been turned off, until
the oven has cooled sufficiently
This is normal. There is no action required.
Cause and troubleshooting
The power supply has been disconnected.
Check whether the lighting in your kitchen or other appliances in the room are
working.
The appliance has not been connected as shown in the circuit diagram.
Disconnect the appliance from the power supply.

There is an electronics fault
If the fault cannot be eliminated, call Customer Service.
The control panel is wet or objects are lying on it.
Dry the control panel or remove the object.
There is an electronics fault
Briefly cover the control panel with your hand to acknowledge the fault.
The electronics have overheated. The corresponding cooking zone has switched
off.
Wait until the electronics have cooled down sufficiently.

Touch any control element.

When error message disappears, the electronics have cooled down sufficiently.
