4 Part Replacement

4.1

Battery Cover

The removal and installation of this part is covered in the base disassembly and reassembly
procedures. To remove this part, perform section 2.1.1 of the base disassembly. To install this
part, perform section 2.2.5 of the base reassembly. If this part is being replaced, a new part should
be used in the place of the old part when performing the reassembly instructions.
4.2

Battery

The removal and installation of this part is covered in the base disassembly and reassembly
procedures. To remove this part, perform sections 2.1.1 - 2.1.2 of the base disassembly. To install
this part, perform sections 2.2.4 - 2.2.5 of the base reassembly. If this part is being replaced, a new
part should be used in the place of the old part when performing the reassembly instructions.

Tools needed to perform the following steps:
1. Remove the keypad from the inner base cover.
