3. Rotate the circuit board extension of the main flex
film away from you and back around to the left side
of the flex film 270 degrees so that a large spiral is
formed in the circuit board extension.
NOTE!
NOTE!
4. Slide the spiraled portion of the flex film inside the
hinge covering portion of the inner flip cover and
press vibrator contact portion of the flex film down
onto it alignment peg to hold the flex film in place.
5. Press the vibrator contact portion of the flex film
against the inner flip cover so the adhesive on the
back side of the flex film directly behind the vibrator
contacts will bond to the inner flip cover.
NOTE!
6. Orient the LCD assembly so that the large display is
towards the inner flip cover and so that the end of the
LCD assembly with flex film wrapped over it is
towards the hinge wrapping portion of the inner flip
cover.

Step-by-Step Instructions
The circuit board extension should spiral to
the left of the main flex film.
The looped portion of main flex film's
circuit board extension will be further away
from you than the rest of the main flex film
if the circuit board extension was spiraled
correctly.
Make sure there is no dust, debris, or finger
prints on the two displays of the LCD
assembly before proceeding.
