Turns on instruction code execution demand
(RY29).
Turns off instruction code execution demand
(RY29) when instruction code execution
completion (RX29) turns on.
Writes parameter No.PA04 read (H0204) to
RWw6.
Turns on instruction code execution demand
(RY29).
Reads RWr7 and RWr6 of buffer memory to
D1 and D9 when instruction code execution
completion (RX29) turns on.
Turns off instruction code execution demand
(RY29).
Writes M100 to M163 to remote output (RY20 to
RY5F) of buffer memory.
