▶ Loop the cable tie around the power connector and the handle of the PSU
(1).
▶ Pull tight the cable tie (2) to secure the power connector.
▶ Connect the main plug to an power outlet of the rack socket strip.
▶ Ensure that the status indicator on the PSU is lit green, see
hot-plug PSU" on page
It will take about 60 seconds until the server can be powered on.

Switching on the server

CAUTION

Before switching on the server, make sure the top cover is closed.
In order to comply with applicable EMC regulations (regulations on
electromagnetic compatibility) and satisfy cooling requirements, the
server must not run while the top cover is removed.
