Slide the dust plug over the threaded end of the
straight fitting

Thread the straight fitting (3/8 NPT x 0.625 barb)
to the male coupler

Tighten the straight fitting (3/8 NPT x 0.625
barb) into the male couple 2 to 3 turns from
finger-tight.
5.
Slide a hose clamp (1/2 to 1-1/4 inches) over
the hose.
6.
Insert the barbed end of the assembly into the
hose and secure it with the hose clamp (1/2 to
1-1/4 inches).
Assembling the Return Hose
Note:
Use the 86.3 cm (34 inches) hose for a
machine equipped with the Yanmar engine and use
the 132 cm (54 inches) hose for a machine equipped
with the Kubota engine.

Apply sealant to the straight fitting (3/8 NPT x
0.625 barb); skipping the first thread.

hose and secure it with the hose clamp (1/2 to
1-1/4 inches) as shown in

hose and secure it with the hose clamp (1/2 to
