Function
The pushbuttons on the keypad have no function. The
LEDs on the "quick stop disable", "RIGHT", and "LEFT"
pushbuttons, however, are active. They are used for
indicating the status (= status of control via the PIO).
Control priority is assumed by a lower-priority control
source (automatic mode) and transferred to the keypad.
When you switch back to "REMOTE", control priority is
always initially passed to the CPU/master.
The motor starter does not execute any control commands
in this position (regardless of the control source). When
"exiting" this switch position (after both automatic and
manual mode), any error/fault that is still present is
acknowledged. This reset is carried out regardless of the
current operating mode.
