Tasks to replace an Avaya S8800 Server

1 Shut down the server. If you can shut down
2 Disconnect all power
cords and external
cables.
3 Remove the server
from the rack.
4 Remove the reusable
components from the
failed server.
5 Install the reusable
components in the
new server.
6 Install the new server
in the rack.
7 Reconnect the
external cables and
power cords.
8 Turn on the server.
