Procedure
1. Check the AC power to the server.
2. Make sure that the power cord is connected to a functioning power source.
3. Replace the power supply.

Power supply AC LED is lit

If the power supply AC LED is lit and all other power supply LEDs are off, one of three possible
problems exists:
• The power supply is not fully seated (most typical).
• The power supply is faulty.
• The system board is faulty.
Troubleshooting steps
Procedure
1. Reseat the power supply.
2. If the 240 V failure LED on the system board is not lit, replace the power supply.
3. If the 240 V failure LED on the system board is lit, replace the server.
