Configuring your staff voice mail personal page
Configure your staff voice mail personal page to allow you to administer your
own mailbox.
Prerequisites
Make sure that your PC is connected to the same network as the HMS 400
server.

Using the Web user interface
Action
Launch your Web browser on your personal computer.
Supported browsers include Internet Explorer 7/8/9 or Firefox 4/5.
In the address bar, enter the following URL: https://hms400r3/
hms400webui/password.aspx.
OR
If the URL cannot be resolved, navigate to
\\Windows\System32\Drivers\etc\, open the hosts file using a text editor
such as Notepad, and after the default 127.0.0.1 line, add:
<HMS400r3 Server IP address>
OR
Enter https://<HMS400 server IP address>/hms400webui.
The first time you access the staff voice mail personal page, the following
Certificate Error message appears:
There is a problem with this web site's security
certificate.
If this is not your first time visiting your staff voice mail personal page, go to
step
22.
OR
If this is your first time visiting your staff voice mail personal page, select the
Continue to this website (not recommended) option.
The staff voice mail personal page appears with an error.
Click Certificate Error.
In the Certificate Invalid window, click View certificates.
In the Certificate window, click Install Certificate.
In the Certificate Import Wizard, click Next.
Select the Place all certificates in the following store option.
Click Browse.
