8 Boiler block assembly
Position the rear section and secure against tipping
over with the installation template (Fig. 11 and Fig. 9
as well as the separate installation instructions for
the installation template).
Remove possible burrs from the hub using a file
(Fig. 12).
Clean the packing groove (Fig. 13, [3]) where
necessary using a wire brush and cloth.
DANGER OF BURNING
through flammable solvents.
CAUTION!
When using solvents, avoid naked
flames, incandescence and sparks.
Please observe the safety instructions
regarding any solvents used.
Clean the hub sealing faces (Fig. 13, [1] and [2]) with
a cloth soaked in white spirit.
Coat the hub sealing faces evenly with jointing
compound.
