To update the switcher firmware version:
1. Before starting, download the latest version of the Firmware (see
Latest Switcher Firmware
2. Click Update. The Firmware Update dialog box opens.
3. Click Browse. This opens an Explorer window.
4. Browse to the location of the firmware update and select the firmware file.
5. Click Open. The window closes and the Firmware Update dialog box reopens
showing the firmware file in the file name field.
6. Click Upload. The firmware is uploaded to the connected switcher.
Click Cancel at any time to exit the process without making any changes.
NOTE: When the system is restarted after a firmware update, and the PVT
wallpates connect to the switcher, the switcher syncs and updates the firmware
to the wallplates.
