Need to be logged in as administrator to perform these tasks.
Maximum length is 12 characters.
All human-readable characters are permitted except "/", "\", "|", " ", and "*".
Passwords are case-sensitive and cannot be a single space.
User password cannot be assigned if no admin password exists, (returns E14).
If admin password gets cleared, then user password is removed too.
