11.3 Data Exchange Function

AH500 series can exchange data with another Ethernet PLC not only by means of instructions, but also by a
table interface.
AH500 Basic CPU modules (AHCPU500/510/520/530) can exchange data via MODBUS TCP and AH500
Advanced CPU modules (AHCPU501/511/521/531) can exchange data via MODBUS TCP and MODBUS.

11.3.1.1 MODBUS Data Exchange
Data exchange between electronic devices can be achieved via MODBUS protocol. Through MODBUS
protocol, users can exchange data among Delta devices and any 3
