The following table shows the correspondence between the unit version of each EtherCAT Slave Unit
model and the compatible version of Support Software.
If you use your EtherCAT Slave Unit with the corresponding version or a higher version of Support
Software, all the functions supported by the unit version of the EtherCAT Slave Unit are available.
Refer to Version Upgrade Information on page 16 for details on the functions that have been added or
changed due to the unit version upgrade of the EtherCAT Slave Units.
