intelligent device station.

For details, refer to the manual for the local station or the intelligent device station to which data are
written.
When the random access buffer is specified, specify the start address of the random access buffer as 0.
The value indicates the maximum number of data to be written.
Specify the value within the buffer memory capacity of the local station or the intelligent device station, or
the send buffer area setting range set by a parameter.
When writing device data to the programmable controller CPU other than the QCPU (Q mode), QCPU (A
mode) or QnACPU/AnUCPU, the setting range shall be 1 to 10 words.
