enabled, all the following are true:
AP access point has booted.
AP access point has received a valid
configuration from the WSS.
Management link with an AP access point is
operational.
For an AP access point's secondary link, the link is
present.
AP access point is booting with an image received
from the WSS.
PoE is on, but no AP access point is connected to the
link.
AP access point is unresponsive or there is a PoE
problem.
PoE is off.
