• AP serial number—Serial
number of the AP, if you plan to
attach the AP to the 2350
indirectly through the network.
(In this configuration, the AP is a
Distributed AP.)
The serial number is required when you
configure an AP that is indirectly
connected to the 2350 through an
intermediate network.
16. Radio profile name
Radio parameters are controlled by a radio
profile. You must enter the name when you
configure and enable radios.
17. RADIUS servers (if applicable)
Names and IP addresses of the RADIUS
servers that provide AAA services in the
corporate LAN. Providing this information
allows visitors who are configured in the
corporate office's RADIUS servers to access
the network, without the need to configure
the users in the 2350's local database.
If the local LAN also uses RADIUS, you
can configure RADIUS information for
your local users as well.
18. RADIUS server group name
A name that refers to them. The server
group name can be any string of up to 32
characters, with no spaces or tabs.
19. Network user group name
Name for a group of local users.
Configuring user group enables you to
easily assign all users in the group to a
VLAN, by assigning the group itself to the
VLAN.
20. Network usernames and passwords
Usernames and passwords to add to the
2350's local database.
For simplicity, these can be the same
usernames and passwords used to access the
wired LAN.
