Important: Do the following if the color change is not acceptable to the customer.
 Make sure the paper thickness setting is correct.
[User settings > Tray paper settings > Paper type > Paper thickness]
 Make sure the plain paper setting is set to "Plain Paper 2".
[User setting > Maintenance > Plain paper setting]
 Set the B&W fusing print target temperature to the same as the color fusing
temperature in SP mode.

humidity of the external environment changes.
