SYMPTOM
Cold fusing offset
CAUSE
1. Excessive amount of toner on the image
2. Insufficient fusing temperature
3. External environmental conditions such as cool temperatures or a rough paper surface
SOLUTION
Do the following procedure.
Note: After you do this procedure, the density of colored areas (especially halftone areas)
can appear lighter. If you set the following SPs to values lower than those shown
in the table, this change in image density will be more noticeable.
PROCEDURE
For the Copier function:
1. Set the following SPs (Coverage Ctrl: Photo) to the values shown.

For the Printer function:
2. Set SP1-102-001 to a value of "0".
