Printing productivity/speed drops dramatically. Depending on the file printed, it may drop
to 1/10 the expected speed.
Note: This only occurs when the color controller E-22C is installed on a Met-C1ab
(D146/D147).
CAUSE
Firmware bug
The GW controller receives the print file from the E-22C, but the file size is different than
what the GW controller requested. As a result, the GW controller continuously
communicates with the E-22C in an attempt to receive a file of the correct size.
SOLUTION
Update the System/Copy firmware to the following version or newer if a E-22C is installed
on a Met-C1.
