JAM19, 24, or 60 occurs.
JAM19: Paper does not reach fusing exit sensor
JAM24: Paper does not reach the inverter sensor
JAM60: Paper does not clear the paper exit sensor
CAUSE
There is no gap between the stepping screw and metallic plate in the fusing exit area (see below).
Heat is trapped and the fusing guide plate (plastic) is deformed. As a result, the guide plate
contacts the paper.
Note: The metallic plate is fixed in place with two screws, one of which is a stepping screw.
