3. Select Create.
4. Wait for the system to create the log package file and display the link for downloading this
file.
5. Select the link to download the log package file onto the computer.
When downloading an existing log package file, the system displays an alert and prompts
the user to create a new file if the existing file is outdated. A file is considered outdated if it is
older than two hours.
6. Send the file to your customer support representative.
