Step 1.
Read the safety information that begins on "Safety" on page v and "Installation guidelines" on
page 100.
Step 2.
Reconnect the cables to the hard disk drive backplane.
Step 3.
Install the hot-swap hard disk drive backplane.
a.
Align the backplane with the slots on the chassis.
b.
Carefully lower the hard disk drive backplane until it is fully seated in the chassis.
