11. Remove burner tray by lifting up and out.

12. Loosen 4 screws in locations shown below (2 at front and 2 at rear)—slide burner
to the left away from the orifi ce and lift out.

13. Remove burner orifi ce with a 3/8" wrench. Use another wrench to hold
on to the elbow behind the orifi ce. Discard orifi ce Reinstall new burner
orifi ce LPG stamped #53 and tighten.

14. Remove pilot retainer clip with pliers and pull off the pilot cap to expose
the pilot orifi ce.

15. Unscrew the pilot orifi ce with the allen key; then replace with the LPG
pilot orifi ce and the pilot cap, provided in the kit.
16. Reinstall pilot cap and pilot retainer clip.
17. Prior to installing burner—adjust aerations settings - to 1/4" for LP.
Reinstall burner (see Step 13).
18. Ensure the pilot light is in the correct orientation to the Burner. Recon-
nect the gas and electrical supply to the appliance. Start the appliance.
(see section on Lighting Instructions) Ensure that pilot and burner igni-
tion is completed without delay. Check both your inlet and outlet pres-
sures at full load. With a soapy solution, leak test the entire system.
Verify both the correct fl ame and pilot appearance.
