Locator LED: Use this LED to visually locate the server among other servers. You
can use IBM Systems Director to light this LED remotely.
In a two-node configuration, this LED is lit on the primary server and flashes on
the secondary server during POST.
You can press the locator button on the operator information panel on the front of
the server or use an IPMI command to turn this LED on or off.
System-error LED: When this LED is lit, it indicates that a system error has
occurred. An LED on the light path diagnostics panel is also lit to help isolate the
error. (See "Light path diagnostics panel" on page 15 for information about the
location and using the light path diagnostics panel.)
Power-on LED: See "Operator information panel" on page 14 for the various states
of the power-on LED.
The following table describes the problems that are indicated by various
combinations of the power-supply LEDs and the power-on LED on the operator
information panel and suggested actions to correct the detected problems.
