Sets access point system parameters.

For information on configuring System Settings using the applet (GUI), see
for information on the two-character country codes.
Sets the access point system name to <name> (1 to 59 characters). The access
point does not allow intermediate space characters between characters within
the system name. For example, "AP7131N sales" must be changed to
"AP7131Nsales" to be a valid system name.
Sets the access point system location to <loc> (0 to 59 characters).
Sets the access point admin email address to <email> (0 to 59 characters).
Sets the access point country code using two letters <code>.
Enables/disables dns-relay-mode. By default, dns-relay-mode is enabled.
functionality connects to the WIPS server. The WIPS module only accepts names with up to 20 characters,
keep that if intending to use this AP as a sensor.
