Executes the formatting of a specified cylinder and track as a
bad track.
4. Bad track CHECK (Execution time: 1 and 1/2 minutes)
Checks for bad tracks by performing a read operation for all
tracks on the hard disk; a list of bad tracks is then displayed.

3.16.2 Operations
CAUTION: After physical formatting is finished, enter the MS-DOS
FDISK command, which will set the partition. Then enter the
MS-DOS FORMAT command. (See the MS-DOS manual for details.)
