Reverse/crawl gears

To prevent reverse or crawl gears being en-
gaged unintentionally, the gear lever has a
resistance built in.
Reverse gears
The gearbox has four reverse gears (rL, rH,
RL, RH). The vehicle must be stationary
before the reverse gear can be engaged.
Moving the gear lever to position "R" pre-
selects the low range and low split (rL)
whereby the reverse gear can only be
changed by using the button on the gear
shaft.
Note! The vehicle must be stationary be-
fore changing between low and high range.
The splitter gear can be changed while
driving, however.
