General
An ADR adapted vehicle must be able to
transport dangerous goods in such a way
that it does not cause and cannot aggravate
a possible accident situation.
The ADR legal requirements differ between
countries but all are based on the ADR ac-
cord. Follow the regulations of the relevant
country.
In ADR certified trucks the main circuit
breaker cuts the current to all systems in
the truck except for the tachograph.
Caution!
Switch off the parking heater
before cutting the current. The parking
heater may be damaged if left on when the
current is cut.
Note! Do not by-pass the main circuit-
breaker. If the main circuit-breaker is
by-passed the vehicle no longer fulfills the
statutory requirements and safety demands.
