Central lubrication

The central lubrication system automati-
cally performs the lubrication that is
otherwise carried out at the vehicle service.
The advantages of this is that you get a
more even lubrication at all locations and
the service occasions are fewer.

Manual lubrication

The central lubrication system can be acti-
vated manually with a switch under the
pump's plastic casing on the main unit.
If uncertain about the function of the cen-
tral lubrication system, check the central
lubrication system's fuse and do the lubri-
cation manually.

Filling up of lubricant

Important! It is extremely important that
the right equipment and the correct grease
quality are used when filling so that dirt
does not get into the system.

Central lubrication
The lubrication is carried out while driving
with an interval of 9 hours. If the vehicle
has been stationary more than 48 hours the
lubrication is activated when the vehicle is
started.

Start the engine.

Press in the switch under the plastic
casing on the central lubrication sys-
tem's main unit.

The pump motor should be then active
for approx. 2 minutes.
Filling up is carried out via the nipple, un-
der of the pump plastic casing on the
central unit, with the tool intended for this.
