Replacing headlight surround

– Remove headlight.
– Remove intermediate frame.

Remove locking device (2).
•
Push shaft (1) up and remove.
•
Remove swivel frame.
When installing:
Installation is the reverse of the removal procedure.

Tightening torques:
Fasteners for intermediate frame .................... 9 Nm

Note:
Do not touch inside of reflector and glass of bulbs
with bare hands.

Disconnect plug (1).
•
Remove rubber cap (2).
•
Turn retaining ring (3) counter-clockwise to re-
lease and remove.
•
Remove H4 bulb (4).
When installing:
•
Installation is the reverse of the removal proce-
dure.
