timing chain
– Removing oil pump.
•
Use a coloured marker to mark outside of chain.
•
Note position of chain guide relative to cast rib.

# Replacing cylinder head

Work with drive swinging arm installed:
– Remove the silencer system.
– Disconnect coolant hose.
– Remove injector.
– Remove throttle stub pipe.
•
Remove 8 fasteners.
•
Remove 4 collar nuts.

Note:
Note timing chain.
•
Remove cylinder head.
