Removing and installing right

handlebar fitting
– Remove handlebar trim.
– Remove instrument panel.

Disconnect plug (1).
•
Open cable clip (3).
•
Remove cable harness from holder (2) on han-
dlebar.

Release the fasteners (arrows).
•
Swing rear section of handlebar fitting (1) clear.
•
Slightly raise the front section of handlebar
fitting (2) and at the same time, disengage the
throttle twistgrip (3) from the handlebar fitting.
•
Push throttle twistgrip (3) to the right and disen-
gage the Bowden cable from the cam disc.
•
Remove throttle twistgrip.
•
Gently pull handbrake lever and at the same
time, release the front section of the handlebar
fitting (2) from its anchorage.
