Description
Use Program 25-05 : DID/DISA Error Message Assignment to assign the VRS message number to be
used as the Automated Attendant error message. For each DID/DISA trunk that the VRS will answer, enter
the VRS message (1-48) the outside caller hears if they dial incorrectly. If you enter 0 (i.e., no error mes-
sage), the call reroutes according to Program 25-03 and 25-04.
For each trunk, you make a separate entry for each Night Service mode.

To enter data for Program 25-05 (DID/DISA Error Message Assignment):
1. Enter the programming mode.
2. Enter 25 05

3. Enter the number of the item you want to program.

4. Select the Trunk port number to be programmed by pressing the FLASH or the VOLUME▲ or
VOLUME▼ keys.
5. Enter data for the item you selected + HOLD.
6. Enter data for the next item in the program.
OR
Press DC once to enter a new item number.
OR
Press DC until you've exited that series' programming section.
