FRONT FORK
2.Drain:
Fork oil
G
3.Remove:
Dust seal 1
G
Oil seal clip 2 (with a flat-head screwdriver)
G
CAUTION:
Do not scratch the inner tube.
4.Remove:
Damper rob bolt
G
Copper washer
G
NOTE:
While holding the damper rod with the damper
rod holder 1 and T-handle 2, loosen the
damper rod bolt 3.
Damper rod holder (19mm):
90890-04084
T-Handle:
90890-01326
5.Remove:
Inner tube
G
Damper rod
G
Pull out the inner tube with damper rod.
6.Remove:
Oil seal 1
G
CAUTION:
Never reuse the oil seal.
