INTRUSION SENSOR
SWITCH
To cancel the intrusion sensor, push
the cancel switch.
The intrusion sensor can be cancelled to
prevent false alarms from being triggered
in case of the following conditions:
Persons or pets are in the vehicle.
D
Any window or moon roof is left
D
opened.
When parking in the noisy area or in
D
the roof parking.
The vehicle body or glass is subjected
D
to a strong impact from the outside.
(such as in highly pressurized car
wash)
When transporting by car carrier.
D
Ice or snow is removed from the ve-
D
hicle, causing the vehicle to receive
repeated impacts or vibrations.
The wind or something similar causes
D
an externally mounted
coated windshield cover to move.
Unstable items, such as dangling ac-
D
cessories or clothes hanging on the
coat hooks, are in the vehicle.

Cancelling the intrusion sensor
1. Push the switch on the overhead con-
sole.
The security indicator light will flash rapid-
ly for 5 minutes.
2. Set the theft deterrent system while the
indicator light is flashing.
The intrusion sensor is deactivated as
long as the system remains armed.
