GAUGES, METERS AND SERVICE REMINDER INDICATORS
—Checking for message
Vehicles without smart entry and start
system—When the engine switch is set
at the "ON" position, the above mes-
sage appears. After a few seconds, the
message disappears.
Vehicles with smart entry and start sys-
tem—When the "ENGINE START STOP"
switch is set at IGNITION ON mode, the
above message appears. After a few
seconds, the message disappears.
If this message does not appear, the
warning messages will not function. Con-
tact any authorized Toyota dealer or re-
pairer, or another duly qualified and
equipped professional as soon as pos-
sible.
