Emergency tire puncture
repair kit—
1. Reduce your speed gradually, keeping
a straight line. Move cautiously off the
road to a safe place well away from
the traffic. Avoid stopping on the center
divider of a highway. Park on a level
spot with firm ground.
2. Stop the engine and turn on your
emergency flashers.
3. Firmly set the parking brake and put
the transmission in
transmission or Multidrive) or neutral
(manual transmission).
4. Have everyone get out of the vehicle
on the side away from traffic.
5. Read the following instructions thor-
oughly.
NOTICE
Do not continue driving with a de-
flated tire. Driving even a short dis-
tance can damage a tire and wheel
beyond repair.

Emergency tire puncture repair kit
The emergency tire puncture repair kit is
for emergency repair of a flattened tire.
The kit is located in the luggage storage
box.
A puncture caused by a nail or screw
passing through the tire tread can be re-
paired temporarily with the emergency tire
puncture repair kit.
One tire can be repaired by one bottle of
sealant in the emergency tire puncture re-
pair kit.
After using the kit, the sealant must be
collected at any authorized Toyota dealer
or repairer, or another duly qualified and
equipped professional. Take your vehicle
to them for tire repair or replace.
