Setting Up a Preset Position

Programming a Preset

A total of 256 preset positions can be set for your HDZ Series Analogue PTZ Dome. Follow the
steps below to program a preset position:

Select the ZONE TITLE option.
Select a number to represent the current viewing area (zone).
Press the IRIS+ key (ENTER) on the keyboard to open the title editing page (see
Figure 4-15)

Choose a character with the joystick or direction keys and then press the IRIS+ key
(ENTER) to input the character. For example:

To delete a character, move the cursor to the LEFT or RIGHT command and press IRIS+
until you have selected a character in the entry field to be deleted. Select DELETE and
press IRIS+ to delete the selected character.
When the title is complete, move the cursor to SAVE and press IRIS+.
The new title will now display when viewing the zone it was set for (see #7 in
Select PRESET in MAIN PAGE 2 and press IRIS+. The PRESET menu will open (see
Figure 4-16).
